Agreement for Posting New Skips

When people post new skips,  they will agree to something like the following (a la Wikipedia):

By publishing changes, you agree to the Terms of Use, and you irrevocably agree to release your contribution under the CC BY-SA 4.0 License and the GFDL. You agree that a hyperlink or URL is sufficient attribution under the Creative Commons license.

Required Intellectual Property

VidAngel is planning to donate the IP necessary to start the Skip Foundation with the approval of the bankruptcy court. The following IP will allow the Skip Foundation to maintain a database of skips and allow the creation of new skips for new titles.

In order to fund the first year of operation, it is anticipated that the Foundation will require around $300k for development, legal fees and operations. Further funding will come via tax-deductible donations from the community and from companies who benefit from the data resource.

The Skip Foundation will be led by a board of industry and charity representatives. They will appoint leadership for the foundation who will chart the development of the community.
